In 1803, France finally yielded its last colonies on American soil in the United States. Nearly two hundred years later what are the rest of this French presence ? To New Orleans to Lafayette, in the heart of Cajun country, we went to meet the descendants of the settlers on the trail of a singular cultural heritage.
